Q: What happens should the value of the home drop during the term of the agreement?
A: In our written agreements we make provision for one year extensions that are available for just this type of situation. We don’t need to use them often; however, from time to time the extensions are necessary, including in rent to own agreements. |

Q: What happens when a family living in the home is late with a payment?
A: This is why we require the new buyers to come into each transaction with a minimum of two to three full monthly payments in a rent to own situation. This money is placed in escrow to insure that every monthly payment Win Win Enterprises, LLC makes is on-time every-time. In the rare case that an escrow should ever become depleted, Win Win Enterprises, LLC becomes responsible for the payments. |

Q: What happens if a family moves out before the agreed time is up?
A: This is another reason why we require a minimum of two to three monthly payments upfront from the new (rent to own) buyers. Should a family, for whatever reason, not fulfill the terms of their rent to own agreement, Win Win Enterprises, LLC will continue to make the payments until we put a new family into the home. |
