My husband and I were interested in moving into a larger home for our family, but had few options, since the market had taken a dive.  I stumbled upon Win Win Family Homes on a Craigslist ad, and quickly "googled" and found Don's website.  Interested, I shared it with my husband and we called to arrange an appointment with Don.  When he came to our home, he was very thorough in explaining his business and the type of Land Trust he uses on his properties.  He gave us references, including a lawyer who had looked over his documents and was a client of his.
